Zlatan Ibrahimovic has warned any potential Premier League star that they need to get used to the the high pace and intensity in order to survive in England. Swedish superstar Ibrahimovic finally arrived in the Premier League aged 35 when he joined Manchester United having graced every other major European league. Ibrahimovic had starred for Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain before moving to United in 2016. He played 33 times for the Red Devils in the Premier League, netting 17 times, while also winning the EFL Cup and Europa League under Jose Mourinho. And while he was generally considered a success in England before moving to LA Galaxy, Ibrahimovic has issued a caution for any player who is eying up a summer transfer. “It was exactly like I thought it was," said BetHard ambassador Ibrahimovic, speaking exclusively to Mirror Football. "It was very hyped, it was very intense, the pace was very high, it was good but the quality is a bit over-rated. “Over-rated from a technical point of view. But it is high pace and intense and if you cannot handle those two things, you cannot survive. “I don’t regret not having longer in the Premier League. I think everything that happens was meant to happen. “The only thing is imagine if I came ten years before I came. “It would be a different story. But I am more sorry for the fans for not coming earlier because they would have seen a different animal.” Zlatan Ibrahimovic was speaking exclusively in association with BetHard - for the highest odds on the biggest leagues
