Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has been back among the goals of late and that has come despite a change in tactic from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Belgium international had scored six goals in United 's last three games prior to the clash at the Emirates on Sunday. The first of those impressive performances came at Crystal Palace when the striker bagged two goals after starting without Marcus Rashford. But the latter two displays came whilst combining with Rashford as he netted braces in the 3-2 victory over Southampton and the 3-1 success at Paris Saint-Germain. You might wonder which Lukaku prefers – to play with or without Rashford – and United legend turned Sky Sports’ pundit Gary Neville has provided the answer. “You think about Lukaku in particular and most of his United career so far has been about playing as a lone striker,” Neville explains on Sky Sports. You have to make lots of runs and you don’t have much support up there. With Rashford up there alongside him, it means Lukaku doesn’t have to sprint every time. “The debate is whether he (Lukaku) can play in a United team which has to be dynamic. Goals will always come but Ole will want more than that from him. He is going back to being a player who wants to fight hard.”
